Well, I planed on a bD 3SX on my 2nd OXY 3 seen I have a extra 3SX.
Plan changed to a Brain.
The 3SX will take to much changing the frame and the FBL case. Way more than I like to do so I'm going to a Brain on it.
BEC is already installed so I will leave it on there.

The bavarian is already too big on a 450 heli size .
I have an sk540 on my mine, and it insert just with velcro (hook and loop).

Edit : Le bavarian est déjà trop gros sur un 450. J'ai un sk540 sur le mien, et ca rentre juste avec le vecro.

Another guy is running a 3SX on his OXY, but he did some filing down on the case ears. I don't want to do that.

IF I filed off the ears and CA glued the case it would be ok. (case minus ears is smaller than a iKon/Brain) I don't want to mod the case. I'll just use it on another bird. Just thought I could find a way of mounting.

I have to wait for my DSMX sat to come in so I have to wait. Weather took a turn for bad anyways. BAD wind, rain and snow.

Ça donne rien pour l'instant, les dampers que m'a envoyé loki sont arrivés aujourd'hui et me permettent de dépanner l'oxy mais moi suis en déplacement à canjuers avec l'armée pour toute la semaine (suis réserviste). Quand je vous dis que j'ai jamais de temps.... D"un autre côté tempête de vent en ce moment.

30mm + le velcro, ca passe (juste, mais ca passe ), donc ton module devrait le faire sans probleme.

23mm width is ok on the Oxy ? (34mm long)

Max OXY 3 FBL mount is 28mm wide by 40mm long.
Any wider and the frame will be clamping on the unit.

bD 3SX is 34mm wide with ears and 30mm without ears.
Ears are were the case is screwed together.

You can as listed use velcro instead of mounting tape to raise it up over the frame if it is a shorter unit.

I personally like to use the 3M outdoor 4011 two sided mounting tape. Just my opinion but I feel the valcro has to much movement for a unit to be consistent. Even strapped down hard.

Haha, i don't use a hook n'loop to fix the modul. The modul is fixing with double sided tape, and is maintaining by the hook n'loop around it.

Hihihohahaha, J'utilise pas le velcro pour fixer le module. Le module est fixé au double-face, et assuré par le velcro autour.

À canjuers autour de 100 /110. Tout a valdingué sur le dépôt et on a refait les pleins des pompiers le soir qui étaient intervenus sur une toiture envolée et un départ de feu
